Long weekends or short breaks away are what people do nowadays as a hiatus from the work and stress of office life. Their aim is to get as much relaxation possible in these few days of their break.

However, preparing for the holiday, and reaching the airport on time could give a stressful start to a well planned short break.To avoid all this, holiday makers usually get all their luggage and check in to an airport hotel the evening before the flight.

You have to head to the airport on the night before the flight so that you needn’t worry about traffic jams on the day of your departure.After checking in, you can have a relaxing meal at the restaurant, take a dip in the pool or just have a few drinks at the bar.You could also visit the hotel spa or watch a movie in your room.

This way, you tend to feel that the holidays have already started.You can then retire feeling relaxed, and happy as there is no need to get up too early the next morning, to get ready to reach the airport through the heavy traffic.

On the morning of the flight, you get into the holiday mood knowing that a good breakfast is waiting for you and that the airport is just round the corner.After your breakfast, you just have to take the free hotel shuttle service to reach the airport terminal in time for you to comfortably check-in for your flight.You can also take your car to the airport and leave it at the long term car park until you return from your short break.

On returning from your short break, you can either drive your car back home or take a cab.All this is better than having to start your holidays by rushing to the airport from your home on the morning of the flight.
